Thanks for shopping at Tertill.com. We hope you love Tertill as much as we do! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to return your Tertill from the date of purchase. We will refund 100% of the cost of Tertill plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable

Returns

Changed your mind? We understand - here is how to return your Tertill:

Please contact support@tertill.com to get our Returns form emailed to you. Simply fill it out and email it back to us and we will issue you a RMA number.

Pack up Tertill and all accessories (in the original box if possible)  and return it to the address provided in the email. Please include the RMA number and your original order number or other proof of purchase.  We cannot accept Tertills that are damaged from mishandling, falls or misuse. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your purchase price plus applicable sales tax. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the credit to post to your account depends on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning Tertill. We recommend getting at least $400 worth of insurance when shipping Tertill back to us.
