We want you to love your Tertill products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to get a refund. We will refund 100% of the cost of the product plus any applicable sales tax. We even pay for shipping the weeding robot back to us. 

Robot Return Process

Please email support@tertill.com and tell us why you would like to return Tertill Weeding Robot. We will review your request and create a USPS postage paid return label. Pack up Tertill and all accessories (in the original box if possible) and mail it back to us. 

Once we receive your robot, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your purchase price plus applicable sales tax. The time it takes for the credit to post to your account depends on your card issuer's policies.

NOTE: We will not accept Tertills that are damaged from mishandling, falls or misuse for refunds.
